Christmas is ovah.

Per tradition, the boyfriend and I took our Christmas picture (see here, and here). We were a little late, but the Christmas tree was still up so we went for it. I hope you all had lovely holidays. The past two weeks have flown. Still a bunch of holiday time left with my favorites, though.

has his last final tomorrow. I am quite excited for him.

This past weekend we ventured over to West Elm to look for some Christmas presents, and John realized how awesome that store is. Hah. I turned around and he was sitting down at a desk looking at rock book ends and I had to snap this picture. The boyfriend is eventually going to be a geophysicist once his college career is over. I feel like we're looking at a snapshot of him in the future. Sitting at a nice desk looking at rocks... (I know this is not exactly what geophysicists do... but throw me a bone ;)).

Anyways. Time is flying. I graduate Friday and then its Christmas! Almost done Christmas shopping...

I am done with school. Pretty cool, and weird, and normal. Tonight I am going to the midnight premiere of The Hobbit. Whaaaat. Pretty excited. Lord of the Rings is my jam.

What I would wear if...

One test, and two projects and I'm OUT OF SCHOOL! Next time I post (probably), I will be DONEEEEEEE! (: On that note, I just watched so many hilarious videos of pranks and am feeling very inspired this holiday season to scare some people. But not like this cause thats kind of really mean (but, also so funny).

This is what I want to wear in December. But, alas, Texas does not give us cold weather (curse you, Lubbock, I know its snowing there). So while I’m wearing SHORTS (I’m wearing SHORTS in DECEMBER), this is what I wish I was wearing.

Early December

Well the first week of december has passed in a blur. Kind of unbelievable. But last night I wrapped the first two christmas presents that I've gotten (one for mama and one for dad, of course). Pinterest is very tricky in the sense that they make everything look so easy. That reindeer/moose thing I drew on my mom's gift took a lot longer than I would have liked. That may have been due to the constant surveillance ronald is under now that the christmas tree and ornaments are up. We've been squirting him with water when he bites/attacks the ornaments but he doesn't seem to get the hint. He just ends up all wet, and my ornaments end up everywhere! Anyways.. a few cellular phone photos for the month...
I'm excited to finally see the boyfriend after a week of no seeing due to school. I'm kinda exhausted after getting no sleep last night... not sure why. Possibly due to the horrifying pictures of friends sent to me late at night. Thank you whitney and andrew! If only you would get a little colder, Houston, and life would be grand. ;) xoxo

Literally the Longest Weekened Ever.

Wait. It's Tuesday. Where did the last five days go? To school, that's where! I've been working tirelessly with my group on our documentary, and today we finally turned it in! I have never been so sick of watching videos in my life. But, it was great. The documentaries the other groups in our class made were so good too! Never have I been in a class where every student praised the teachers and the class so much. Good job UH, you got a big point! But, now I have to study for a test tomorrow morning.... so my planning wasn't so great. But, you know what is great? I graduate in two and a half weeks!!!
