PIHA PT 2

After meandering around the beach, we decided to climb a giant rock. When I say giant, I mean giant. While trying to get to one of these rocks, the tide came in and I got stuck for about ten minutes stranded unable to go forward or backward without getting seriously wet. Not to mention I had my camera strapped around my shoulder. Luckily the water went down just enough that I could run back the way I came! Then I joined Nithya to climb through the bushed to get to the top of the rock. It was really worth it- even though I got about ten mysterious bug bites.

When I leave here, I will be dreaming of these beaches. I have never wanted to swim so badly in my life!
