PIHA

One Sunday in July, Nithya and I rented a car and took off to Piha Beach. It's about a 45 minute drive from Auckland CBD and was relatively easy to get to. We winded through mountains (on an actual road this time) and then this view appeared.

For the first part of the morning we wandered about the beach, exploring. We touched some starfish and examined some weird blue air bubble creatures that we found on the beach (there is a video, don't worry). I don't know if this is true or not (because I don't remember all the beaches I saw in Italy), but I think this may be the prettiest beach I've seen. Ever.
